Deposits and withdrawals must use the same method and be in the same person's name. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party names are not permitted.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting, lottery, and casino games on 46kbd:

• Minimum bet amount per wager ৳10
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• 46kbd is not liable for bets cancelled due to internet disconnection
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 46kbd reserves the right to void the affected bets
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to exploit odds differences — is strictly prohibited

Live Betting: In-play betting odds change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. If there is a delay in accepting a bet, it may be placed at the updated odds.

46kbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per person
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted

You will be given as much advance notice as possible before your account is closed. If the closure is for a valid reason, your remaining balance will be refunded.
